The numbers don't match the Search Console website
Small differences are normal. Check that:
- the date range and search type (Web, Image, Video, News, Discover) are the same,
- you're comparing the same property, since www and non-www can be separate properties,
- you allow for the delay: data is usually 2 to 3 days behind, and every screen shows the last date it covers.
A site is missing
Queryline shows the verified sites your signed-in Google account can view in Search Console. If a site belongs to another account, add that account in Settings (Pro), or ask the site owner to add you as a user in Search Console.
"Search Console access wasn't granted"
On Google's sign-in screen, keep the box for viewing Search Console data checked, then sign in again.
"Google's daily limit reached"
Google limits how much data each account can request per day. The app shows the numbers it saved, and new numbers load after the limit resets at midnight Pacific time.
Can Queryline request indexing?
No. Google doesn't offer that to apps. Use Inspect to see whether a page is indexed and why, then use "Request indexing" on the Search Console website.
Purchases
- New device: open Settings in Queryline and tap Restore purchases.
- To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- For refunds, use Apple's Report a problem page.
Deleting your data
In Queryline, open Settings and tap Delete all data & sign out. It revokes Google access and erases everything the app saved on that device.
When you email
It helps to include:
- your device and iOS, iPadOS or macOS version,
- the Queryline version (at the bottom of Settings),
- a screenshot, if something looks wrong. Crop out anything private.
